Robert A. Hoffman is an experienced trial attorney with more then 25 years of experience in the handling of general civil litigation, Illinois Worker's Compensation and appellate litigation matters. Mr. Hoffman joined the Bloomington-Normal office of Brady, Connolly & Masuda, P.C. on August, 2004 where he limits his practice to representing employers in Worker's Compensation matters. Mr. Hoffman has extensive worker's compensation experience before all levels of the Illinois

Worker's Compensation Commission, the circuit courts, in all five Illinois Appellate Districts & before the Illinois Supreme Court. He is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois & in the United States Federal District Court .

Professional Background

Mr. Hoffman has been active in the Illinois Defense Counsel, the Illinois Bar Association & in various county bar associations. He has served as a member of the Illinois Bar Association's section counsels on Civil Practice and on Workers' Compensation. He has been an Illinois State Bar Association lecturer on a variety of Worker's Compensation issues and has lectured to a variety of business organizations on Workers' Compensation issues. Before joining Brady, Connolly & Masuda, P.C., MR. Hoffman was with the Illinois Attorney General's Office where he was the Regional Director for East Central Illinois. He represented the State of Illinois in workers' compensation matters.

Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of the University of Illinois in Chicago and secured his law degree from John Marshall Law School in 1977
