Neel Mookerjee joined the Bloomington-Normal office of Brady, Connolly and Masuda, P.C. in June 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Neel worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Missouri Attorney General's Office Labor Division. As an Assistant Attorney General, Neel defended the state of Missouri in workers' compensation claims brought by state employees, and the Missouri Second Injury Fund in claims for permanent partial and permanent total disability against it. He has extensive experience handling all stages of the defense of workers' compensation claims, and has appeared before the Missouri Division of Workers' Compensation, Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, Missouri Circuit Courts, and the Missouri Eastern and Western District Courts of Appeal.
Neel grew up in Bloomington, IL. He obtained a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. Neel is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Missouri.
