Raymond C. Persin is a well respected trial lawyer with more than thirty years of experience in the preparation and defense of Illinois Workers' Compensation claims as well as civil claims pending in various State and Federal Courts.  Ray also focuses his practice in the area of Medicare Set-Asides and compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute. 

Ray is especially proud of having volunteered nine years of his time with the attorney registration disciplinary commission which included sitting as a chairperson of an Inquiry  Panel and then as a  Hearing Officer. 

 Mr. Persin has substantial experience having practiced before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, Illinois Circuit and Appellate Courts, as well as various U.S. District Courts in Illinois and other states.

Mr. Persin has tried multiple cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and has  successfully defended cases through the Circuit and Appellate Courts of Illinois.
