Amanda J. Richert
Amanda Richert is a Partner in the Firm’s St. Louis, MO office. Amanda has spent her career defending employers and insurance carriers in matters of Workers’ Compensation throughout the entire State of Missouri and Southern Illinois through all stages of litigation, trial and appeal.
Amanda works with large insurance companies, defending employers across a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, municipalities, food service, staffing and airlines. She approaches every file with an eye toward closing in the most efficient and cost effective way possible. She incorporates her 15+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience into creative strategies to advance claims.
She is a frequent industry speaker and has presented for clients on the impact of Physician Ratings in Missouri, Average Weekly Wage Disputes, Missouri & Illinois 101 and Safety Defenses.
When she is not practicing law, she is volunteering at her children's school and cheering them on in their activities.
