Michelle N. Rodriguez

Michelle Rodriguez is an Associate Attorney at BCM Law, P.C., where she practices workers’ compensation defense. She represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators and supports all phases of case development, with a focus on medical-legal analysis, discovery review, and litigation preparation. Ms. Rodriguez brings a detail-oriented and organized approach to managing high-volume matters and works closely with medical providers and litigation teams to support strategic claim defense.

Ms. Rodriguez earned her Juris Doctor in 2025 and her Bachelor of Arts in Literature, cum laude, in 2022.
