Bradley A. Bauer
Bradley Bauer is an associate attorney in the firm’s St. Louis office, where he focuses on the defense and management of workers’ compensation matters. Bradley represents employers through all stages of the litigation process, providing practical, solutions‑oriented counsel aimed at efficiently resolving cases and minimizing exposure. With experience handling workers’ compensation claims in Illinois, Bradley has managed cases from initial filing through arbitration, administrative appeals, and litigation in state courts, including matters before the Appellate Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Bradley was a partner at an Illinois based firm, where he maintained a high-volume practice that included both workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability claims. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of claim evaluation, hearing preparation, and client counseling that he now leverages on behalf of employers and insurance carriers.
Bradley resides in St. Louis, MO and enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dog. He also enjoys traveling, hiking, and playing and watching sports when not practicing law.
