Amber M. Parris

Amber M. Parris is a Partner and the Co-Chair of the Medicare Compliance practice group at BCM Law. She has extensive experience with all aspects of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance issues, including but not limited to: preparation and submission of Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) proposals, preparation and resolution of non-submit MSA’s, conditional payments/past Medicare payments investigation and negotiation, Medicaid lien investigation and negotiation, and preparation of settlement contracts to consider Medicare’s interests and protecting the interests of her clients. She prides herself on providing individualized and creative solutions for her clients.
Ms. Parris graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2013, where she was the Editor in Chief of the Journal of the Legal Profession and a member of the John A. Campbell Moot Court Board. After law school, Amber served as a law clerk for a U.S. Magistrate in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, doing home-improvement projects, and spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs.
