Christapher L. Clanin

Christapher L. Clanin is an associate at the firm’s Chicago office where he concentrates his practice in civil defense litigation.
Mr. Clanin has litigated matters in state and federal courts across the Midwest. His practice spans insurance defense, subrogation, corporate structuring and commercial transactional law. He has represented and defended businesses, individuals and insurance carriers in a wide range of exposure cases, including construction, premises liability, products liability and transportation. Additionally, Mr. Clanin represents employers in administrative enforcement matters to prove independent contractor relationships.
In additional to being admitted the trial bar for the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois, Mr. Clanin is barred in the state of Illinois. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association. Mr. Clanin frequently assists in pro-bono legal matter in a variety of subjects.
