Erin I. Wenger

Erin Wenger is an Associate in the Firm’s Chicago office where she focuses on civil litigation matters. Prior to joining BCM Law, Erin practiced at a large international firm in Amsterdam representing corporate clients in international arbitration and cross-border litigation matters, including mass claims litigation involving technology and data privacy issues.
Prior to her work abroad, Erin was the Associate Regional Director of FINRA’s Chicago Office of Dispute Resolution and held an adjunct faculty position at Loyola University Chicago School of Law, which involved working with students in the International Commercial Arbitration Practicum course and coaching the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot team. While in law school, Erin obtained her 711 license and worked with the medical prosecutions division of the Department of Professional Regulation in Chicago.
