Sarah N. Livergood

Sarah Livergood is an associate with the firm’s Chicago office where she concentrates her practice in workers’ compensation defense. Ms. Livergood began her legal career practicing in St. Louis, Missouri before relocating to Chicago, IL. She began as a family law attorney and then transitioned into criminal law where she practiced as a prosecutor for five years at the St. Louis County Prosecutor’s Office and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office prior to joining BCM. She has extensive litigation experience in both Missouri and Illinois and has as litigated innumerable hearings and trials.
